Credibility in Christianity is
the Holy Spirit in obvious manifestation in our daily living. Spirituality
which is the Holy Spirit (who men cannot see with their physical eyes) is been
seen through our living as a Christian, therefore gaining the trust and
confidence in Christ and in us. We have today relegated the Holy Spirit to just speaking in tongues
but in real sense the holy Spirit is revealed through the fruit of the Spirit
that we bear which makes us known to the world and thus calling us little
Christ (Christian). Credibility is not outward living that affects the inward
but it involves the right living that flows outward for men to see.

A. INTELLIGENT
OR MENTAL HABIT: The level of knowledge acquired by a minister defines his/her
mental habit. This is what shows how true and competent a minister is. He truly
shows how to lead the members of his congregation or ministry, not just head
knowledge but theological, theoretical and practical wise. In order to acquire
knowledge, a minister needs to be vast in area of his ministry and life. This
could be attained by:

is encouraged that a true leader should develop a reading pattern which could
include 70% reading of Christian books apart from his bible study, meditation
and research, 30% of other resources which could focus on leadership and
general knowledge that helps in effective leadership

LISTEN: learn to keep quiet more and watch to

time to learn from congregation, community and colleagues. Listening and
learning is never considered as a waste of time but a medium to become vast and
credible minister. We know in parts and we can learn a lot by cultivating the
act of listening

moral shaping it will end suddenly and becomes a failure. Men will celebrate
what you carry as long as it has not failed the moral test. This also revolves around
your character. Nothing sells the destiny cheaper like indiscipline. Character
defines a man and what makes him what he is; character is everything. Moral

can be relied on for effective productivity and result.
