1. Never see them as your own, they belong to the Lord. The Lord only entrusted you with their lives; even though they will be useful for your calling.
2. Never ever see them as a treat to you. This is a sign of insecurity. This can undermine your labor of work
3. Never stop growing for once. They must always look unto you for new things at all times. Therefore, constant development is required from you.
4. Never outgrow class attendance in the school of the spirit. This means that you must never miss the teachings, dealings and doings of the Holy Spirit.
5. Never look down anybody but keep all relationship preciously. Never look down on any one as you don’t know who will really carry your banner of faith after you.
6. Never underestimate the power of integrity and character as they will make or break your labor in the ministry.
7. Never look up to anyone to reward or pay us back for our labor on them; for we are not called by men. Our reward is determined by our Lord. With this mentality, one will not feel hurt when man fails. 1Cor 3:8, Rev 22:12.
8. Never see the assignment of raising men as money making venture. When our motive is right in the ministry money will be a tool and not a destination.
9. Never run without the support and counsel of Godly mentors and fathers if you are to go far in the ministry, it is very important.
10. Never embark on a revenge mission when betrayed. Every prodigal son still have a chance of returning one day, don’t shut the door of grace on those who betray you they will still come home soon.
