1. Don’t be too proud to admit where your mistakes are and change your mistakes
2. Don’t allow criticism to discourage that can lead to depression
3. Don’t allow wrong attitude to get a better of you
4. Don’t be judgmental all the way, you can learn from your critics, it makes you a better leader
5. Don’t focus on the ones criticizing you, focus more on the larger picture – the mission & congregation
6. Don’t be antagonistic in your resolution approach
7. Don’t be negative/ pessimistic. Your body language must be positive.
8. Don’t shut everyone out, but give others the benefits of doubt
9. Don’t be rigid, be reachable and approachable, being rigid can destroy everything
10. Don’t compromise the truth for people, always stay on the path of righteousness and truth
11. Don’t give up on people; give them a second change where applicable and never forget that people can change.
