Temperaments can be seen as certain natural
tendencies or natural varieties in human behavior. They could come inform of strengths
or weakness in human. Temperaments talks about various individual personalities
while character deals a lot with external influences which have acted on an
individual personality. External influences such as exposure, parental guidance,
associates, background, and environment are some of the things that could
affect a man’s personality positively or negatively.

Therefore, temperament is one’s personality
while character is what our personality has developed to become due to
surrounding and external influences. The kind of exposure a man is exposed goes
a long way in determining his eventuality and choices. Temperament can be
shaped and character can be controlled with the help of the Holy Spirit and the
Word of God in action. That is why the actions and life style as the pastor is
a major factor in shaping his followers character.

signifies work-in-progress as it is designed to be shaped but if character is
negative, we’ll need to adopt adjustment methodology through the scripture. Galatians 4:19 “My little children, of whom I
travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you”

it before they comply? To some members all is well because they’ll never open
up while some are the popular and born leaders. These classification of
temperaments is what we’ll keep working on till they are completely controlled
and broken by the Holy Spirit
